You do not pay to register and also viewing the premises is free of charges and free of obligations.

 

Please note that the first month involves the following payments:

-         one month as a deposit (you will get this back at the end of your tenancy period, provided that the completion meets all requirements)

-         one month of intermediation costs (ex. VAT)

-         the first month of rent

 

Article 1          Definitions

1.1 GOETH real estate Eindhoven

 

1.2 Client: every natural or legal person, who requestedGOETH real estate to intermediate in finding housing or working accommodation.

 

Article 2 Entering into contract

To realise the intermediation contract GOETH real estate and the client will have to sign the agreement.

 

2.2 The client is obliged to provide valid papers of identification before entering into a contract

 

2.3 All offered housing or working accommodation, both orally and written, are free of engagement, and do not entitle the client in any way.

 

Article 3 Activities

3.1 GOETH real estate will start her activities after receiving all required papers.

3.2 The activities of GOETH real estate include viewing the premises, screening, drawing up the tenancy agreement and counselling in renting and tenancy.

Article 4 Payment

4.1 If the intermediation of GOETH real estate results in a tenancy agreement for the client, the client owes GOETH real estate the intermediation costs and is obliged to settle the payment within 24 hours after acceptance.

The real estate agent's fee is one months rent ex. 19% VAT for empty and (semi-)furnished housing accommodation.

4.2 Possible legal and non-legal expenses in case of non-payment will be charged to the debtor.

4.3 If you and/ or your relations will move into a housing accommodation obtained from GOETH real estate, you owe intermediation costs to GOETH real estate.

4.4 You cannot move into the housing accommodation before you have paid the real estate agent's fee to GOETH real estate.

Article 5 Liability

GOETH real estate accepts no liability for the way the tenant complies his obligations towards the renter after signing the contract. The client should always address the renter directly.
